In general, sand processing system is made up of coarse-crushing room, semi-finished product bin, primary-screening room, secondary-crushing room, secondary-screening room, tertiary-screening room, tertiary-crushing room, powder recycling room and two finished-product bins.

Secondary-crushing room is on the platform with height for 280.0m. There are 2 impactor crushers inside. Feeding work proceeds in primary-screening room. Finished products are delivered to the NO.2 adjusting bin through one belt. Secondary-screening room is on 280.0m platform and has two 3-layer circular vibrating screens inside. Feeding work is from NO.1 adjusting bin.

Tertiary-screening room is on the platform with height for 277.0m. There are three 2-layer circular vibrating screens inside. Feeding work is from tertiary-crushing room. Finished products from this stage are the products that we desire for. Tertiary-crushing room is constructed on the platform with height for 277.0m.

There are three impactor crushers and two ball mills. Meanwhile, there is the NO.2 adjusting bin. Semi-product bin is on platform with elevation for 290.0m. The bin height is 15m. Discharging work is through 2 belts. Finished-product bin is fixed up on 275.0m platform and has four coarse-aggregate piles and one sand pile.

The coarse-aggregate pile adopts the single-point piling with height for 15m and size of 30m*40m. While, for sand pile, it adopts the discharger piling with height of 18m and size for 40m*60m.
