How to Upgrade the Performance of Impactor Crusher?
Materials in crushing cavity of impact crusher are mainly crushed by the plate hammer on high-speed revolving rotors. Then, the crushed materials are rapidly thrown to the impacting plate for another crushing. During this process, materials can be crushed by each other.
If size of finished products is smaller than the distance between impacting plate and plate hammer, they will be discharged out. Due to the failure of machine itself, impact crusher can not work normally if it works for a long period. To avoid the serious consequences, we need to upgrade the impact crusher.
If impacting angle is too small and impacting strength is poor, the size of crushed material will not meet the technological demands. What’s worse, materials will block the crushing cavity. To deal this failure, we increase the impacting angle and strengthen the impacting force.
If suspending part of impacting plate has too large rigidity and vibrating degree is too low, materials will be easy to adhere on impacting plate. Then, gradually, the accumulated materials will block the passway and impact crusher will not work. To improve the flexible vibration of impacting plate, we integrate the front and end suspenders together.
Then, materials on impacting plate can be timely delivered into hull. Distance between impacting plates is too small. Then, if feeding work is heavy but discharging work is poor, materials will easily block the impact crusher. How to upgrade this? To avoid the front block, we can increase the distance between impacting plates.
