New Technology FTM Uses for Cement Production
Cement production is indispensable from the limestone and clay. Since clay is easy to adhere, traditional crushing technology has been out. Except for selecting the rock crushers, we also need to consider the following problems when designing the new technology that crushing limestone and clay together.
Quantitative control on limestone and clay is not only related with the product quality, but also with the work of crushers. Two nuclear scales should be respectively installed on belt conveyor at discharging end and upper of subplate feeder. For the former, it plays the roles of checking and recording the processing amount. While, the latter is used for checking the feeding amount of clay.
Compare variables should be suitable to the regulated scale value between limestone and clay. According to the compare variables, we can adjust the feeding speed of subplate feeder and ensure the right mixing proportion. Crushing speed and automatic interlock should be strictly controlled. The two feeders can be driven by the DC motor, AC frequency converter or Electro-magnetic speed-adjustable motors.
Basic speed of plate feeder is set according to the required amount of raw materials. While, basic speed of subplate feeder is set according to the regulated proportion of clay in processing amount. Inside the electronic control system, there is a power transducer. It can give feedback and automatically adjust the feeding speed according to the load on dynamo.
