Role of Stone Crushing Plant for Processing Perlite

In China, resource of perlite is very rich in reserves. Perlite, being erupted from the volcano, is a kind of acidic lava. After being rapidly cooled, lava can become the rocks with cracks inside. Perlite, as the inorganic material for heat insulation, can be used for housing construction. Compared with materials like asbestos, fiber and foam glass, perlite is regarded as best material for heat insulation since it is featured in the light quality,sound absorption and fire resistance.

Since perlite is easy to be cracked during the working process of stone crushing plant, you should be more careful. Or else, a lot of tailings would be produced. While, as long as being recycled in a right way, tailings can be used to make the haycite, foam glass, sintered porous material and coating agent for casting, etc.

Perlite crushing line is made of parts like vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, VSI sand maker, circular vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centralized electricity control. The output of perlite crushing line changes from 10t/h to 100t/h. Through the material bin, minerals in large briquettes are delivered to the vibrating feeder.

After being coarsely selected and screened, minerals are delivered to the jaw crusher machine for coarse crushing. After being crushed by jaw crusher, products are delivered to the VSI crusher for secondary crushing. For products being discharged from the VSI crusher, they are delivered to the circular vibrating screen through the belt conveyor.

For products with size varying from 18 mesh to 90 mesh, they are delivered to the corresponding storage silo through belt conveyor. While, for those unqualified products, they are delivered to the vibrating screen and reprocessed again by VSI crusher.
