Role of Stone Crushing Plant for Watered Rejects

How to deal the watered rejects? As a supplier of stone crushing machine, FTM Crusher Company owns a series of crushing process. To finish the dry and closed tertiary crushing process, we use two impact crushers at the same time as well as bucket elevator for material return. This process has advantages of compact structure and small floor space.

But, there are some disadvantages. Materials to be crushed by impact crusher are washed coal gangue with size smaller than 25mm. Since they are washed and easy to adhere on machine cavity, we need to clean the impact crusher for several times during one run. Plate hammers are easy to be worn out, so we need to change and maintain them frequently.

If there is no spare machines or overhaul time, normal production will be seriously influenced. Wet materials are easy to stick on the screen with 8mm sieve hole and returning amount is very large. To crush the washery reject with size of 0-50mm to products with size of 0-30mm, we can use 2 PEF250*400 jaw crusher machines for coarse crushing. The working capacity is 24t/h.

For secondary crushing, we can use one PYZ-900 cone crusher to crush coal gangue with size of 0-30mm to products with size 0-20mm. To crush the coal gangue with size of 0-20mm to product with size of 0-8mm, we can use one PYD-900 cone crusher for tertiary crushing.
