At first, we can properly increase the swing times of movable jaws. Through the theoretical and practical study, we find out that the swing times of movable jaws has an optimum.
If the practical times is smaller than this optimum, working capacity will increase along with the times increase. While, if practical times is larger than this optimum, working capacity will decrease along with the times increase. If swing frequency of movable jaw is too large, inertia force will increase and machine will be easy to vibrate.
Meanwhile, revolution of eccentric shaft will be uneven and power consumption will increase. More seriously, bearing may be burned out. Considering the above situations, some suppliers of jaw crusher make the moving times quite low. It is advisable to improve the moving times for 10% to 15%. This increase is moderate, not able to cause other problems.
