How to Deal Eccentric Assembly of Vertical Crusher?
During the working process of compound crusher, eccentric assembly will sometimes get stuck. If principal axis bits the eccentric sleeve, crushing cone will revolve at the speed of working eccentric shaft. But, when there is nothing in crushing cavity, it is not able to increase or decrease movable cone just by using MPS controlling system.
If stone materials enter into crushing cavity, vertical crusher will stop working. When we dismantle the eccentric shaft, jammed eccentric shaft will leave on principal axis. At this time, to get eccentric shaft, we need to cut the principal axis. It is not allowed to use hammer or sledge, since the powerful hitting on sleeve can decrease the distance between deformed bearings.
When particle counting reaches to 50 ppm or even much higher, we need to know that the wearing degree of bearing has reached the limit and need to change it immediately. To dismantle the lock nut of movable cone from spindle, we should firstly cut off the weld joint between cutting ring and liner plate.
Through the weld joint between cutting ring and liner plate, we can get the lock nut firmly bond with liner plate. When movable cone revolves, lock nut revolves, too. During the assembling process, we should notice and not damage the screw thread. Before installing the liner plates, we should firstly screw the locking nut on screw thread and ensure it revolve freely.
