Since there is nothing between roller crusher and belt conveyor and the height distance is at least 2.5m, maintenance staff can not enter into from inspection door. Scraper is just under the tooth roller. Therefore, when changing the scraper place, maintenance staff need to climb into through belt conveyor. After setting the scaffold, these staff can adjust the scraper upward.

Aiming for the above problems, we carry out the following measures. By inspecting on site, we find out that the inspection door is primarily connected by screws. Since clay is hard, we need to often check the wearing condition of roller teeth during the production process. It is not convenient to check, since we need to often dismantle the nuts on inspection door.
