Devices like dust remover, protector and emergency switch should be checked in advance. To launch the systems composed of feeder, compound crusher, discharging conveyor and dust remover, we need to open the dust remover firstly.

When dust remover works normally, we can open the discharging conveyor. After that, we can open the compound crusher. When the above parts work normally, we can open the feeder at last. To the shut-off order, it is opposite to turn-on. If compound crusher works normally while without load inside, we can feed materials inside.

Materials should be continuously and evenly distributed on the roller. Size of finished products should be theoretically smaller than the maximum feeding size. When materials to be processed are mostly in large briquettes, we should notice the case that they are easy to get off from crushing cavity and hurt people or machine.
