Checking Points for Work of FTM Compound Crusher
Either in summer or in winter, oil temperature in working compound crusher should be at least 39 degrees centigrade. Cooling system can keep the oil temperature always in the scope of safe operation. To ensure the high-efficient work of compound crusher, we must use suitable lubricating oil.
Before we firstly use the filter, we need to make the liquid leakage test. When we open or close the valve to control the amount of lubricating oil in filter, we should be careful and protect the lubricating system from being slugged by liquid. To ensure the highest working efficiency, we must change the filter element when pressure difference reaches to 138KPa.
In winter, we should discharge all waters in cooler out when stopping compound crusher. It is not allowed to cut off the alerting devices like RTD or pressure transmitter. Before dismantling the lubricating pump, we must make all pressure be released out. Sometimes, the flow regulator is out of work. Reasons for it are too much or too small oil, or zero.
Besides, we need to check other elements of lubricating system. Piston wear plate is equipped with a wear indicator. When bottom of oil sink is worn out, cavity will open and aluminium powder will leak out and mix with lubricating oil. How to check whether piston plates are worn or not? Just see whether aluminium power exists in lubricating oil.
