How to take the fine ores from mineral stones? This work concludes two parts. One is crushing the large stones into small particles. This procedure needs the support of rock crushers or stone crusher machines like jaw crusher for coarse crushing, impact crusher for secondary crushing or even VSI crusher for tertiary crushing.
The second part is separating work. Fine ores are separated from the coarse crushed particles. From the perspectives of easy treatment and dust prevention, we usually take the wet method to proceed the ore separating work. Fine ores to be separated are in pulp. We need to dehydrate ores.
Dehydrator has filter cloth inside. The filter cloth can dehydrate the water in condensed pulp. As a kind of filtering machine, vacuum filter can be widely used. But, if we take this filtering way, dehydrated ores will have the water content less than 9%. In recent years, some companies use pressure filters and it can decrease water content to 8% about.
