Crushers Used to Recycle Pyrites in Coal Gangue

Pyrites in coal gangue can be recycled. They are of great economic value. We should use what processes, machines or ways to crush the pyrites. To the first-stage, wet and open crushing work, we can use 4 PC800*600 hammer crusher. Two of them work and the other two are spare. Before the feeding work, raw materials are screened firstly by screen. Feeding size is 0-50mm and discharging size is 0-8mm. The whole working capacity is 23t/h.

This stage has advantages like simple flow, easy management, reliable operation, low noise, light vibration, no dust, good laboring, compact structure, small floor space and low investment. While, it has the defect that hammer head is easy to be worn out. To finish the first-stage, wet and closed crushing work, we can use 2 Φ1,000*700 impact crushing machines.

One is for work and the other is spare. Feeding size is 0-50mm and discharging size is 0-4mm. Crushing work is closed if we equip the impact crusher with SXG1,500*3,000 linear vibrating screen and B=400 dewatering bucket elevator. The working capacity is 28t/h.

The whole process enjoys the advantages of simple work, reliable operation, less failure, low noise, light vibration, high screening efficiency, no dust and good laboring. The disadvantages are plentiful return of screen, low working capacity and excessive crushing. Except for the above, this process also has the defect similar with the above process that plate hammers are easy to be worn out.
