Since the secondary-crushing process is easy to be blocked, it is rare to be used nowadays. So, we only use the primary-crushing process with feeding size of 0-50mm, discharging size of 0-25mm and working capacity of 34.14t/h.
The two-stage, dry and open crushing work is simple. It is quite good to use the PYZ-900 cone crusher for primary crushing. The cone crusher works reliably and is easy to be maintained. But, since PYD-900 cone crusher for secondary crushing is easy to be blocked, it is not advisable to be used. So, size of finished products is less than designed.
As to the two-stage, dry and closed crushing work, we use theΦ1,000*700 impact crusher for first-stage. It works with Φ25mm linear vibrating screen to create a open crushing process with capacity of 98t/h. We use two Φ1,250*1,000 impact crushers for secondary-stage. It works with Φ8mm linear vibrating screen and B=400 bucket elevator to form a closed crushing process with capacity of 44.1t/h.
